Merchandise
and Food and Drink vendors play an important part in creating
the atmosphere for the events at Rural Hill. We encourage
businesses to display their merchandise and wares, but space is
limited on a first come first serve basis.

There
is a registration fee of $150.00 vendor fee.

We
will provide you with tent space, 1 table and 2 chairs
(Your registration fee will cover the cost of your tent
space and table and chairs)

Please contact Rural Hill promptly to secure your space.
Guidelines for ALL
Vendors:

All
vendors must have a business license

All
vendors must have a certificate of liability insurance

All
vendors will be allowed to set up as early as the Thursday
of the event (exceptions may be made, but please contact the
Rural Hill staff)

All
vendors may leave as late as Monday, the day after the event
(Sunday).

Pets are
allowed at this event, but must remain on a leash at all
times. See
Pet Policy.

Alcohol is
not permitted on site during the event.

Upon
leaving the site all vendors should pick up all trash and
leave the site as good of shape as they entered it. This is
a historic landmark. We thank you for helping us preserve
it.
